my name is Carys

Which causes all sorts of trouble as no-one knows how to say or spell it.

It is a confusing name - I have two friends with a name that is pronounced the same, but one is spelt: 'Charis' and the other: 'Carice'.

Noone ever spells my name right either, why always two 'L's ?

Sllam????

Well, I suppose I could've meant Samuell.

Apparently not after all.

(Must be getting mixed up with that other place     )

It's Dave.

(When I'm not in trouble).

Try being a Susannah, and see how many extraneous s, n, a, e and z you get...

Hence I pretty much stick to Sue.

Not only that, people wouldn't even who what sex it is.

Know?
They don't. An issue compounded by the fact my surname is a boy's name (not even an 's' on the end, to help). A lot of people assume I am stupid and unable to put my names in the right order.

I’m called Ralph.

People are blaming their parents for their name; however, it could be worse. I remember listening to does the team think once a few years ago whilst driving somewhere.

The question was “Does the team think that parents give enough consideration to naming their children when they are born? The question was from a Mr Norman Conquest.

I nearly drove into a wall.

Apparently, in a poll, Susannah was found to be the sexiest girl's name.

I prefer Maud.

Come into the garden, Susannah doesn't quite have the same ring to it, does it.
