First Clipless Off .......Ouch.

What would eg Shimano's response be if a cyclist using their cleats/shoes/pedals and someone actually had a clipless moment and ended up under a bus?

Do they have a disclaimer somewhere?

I can imagine in the instructions there is the usual 'used at owners own risk' or something similar.

Im yet to join the club, 1month strong although came close in north shields at a set of lights.
Gosforth high street is i would say is one of the worst places to do it lol. However the set of lights at the top of northumberland street I think it the worst place in the region to do it.
