Well finally done it, ordered a new cannondale road bike from Evans in Braehead about an hour ago. May have to about two weeks till I get my hands on it, so chuffed

Got a phone call from Evans at Braehead to tell me that my bike had come in. Rushed up yesterday to collect my bike. The bike feels nice and light and fast. I have already dropped some money on the Wiggle web site.

I've ordered my new bike too..... but with a slightly longer delivery. Quoted 6/8 weeks - but it may be quicker. Havnt told OH yet....

Very nice looking bike, i want a new bike but swmbo dsays 2 is enough and i can only have a new bike is she can stop working ....

LBS says that to improve on what i have a would need to go 10 speed block etc etc which is more than i am allowed so i will just do some slow improvements .
Next improvement will be a carbon fork + seatpost .
