Was still a few moments but I feel a lot more confident at traffic lights. And if I do struggle I just keep quarter turn pedalling on the right pedal to keep me going.

I had exactly the same trouble but it does get easier.
I was like Michael Flatley at traffic lights when i set off but as i got more relaxed and didnt worry about it it got easier.Unclipping was not a problem it was the re clipping that got me.I still mess up occasionally but not on a regular basis.

I too haven't had issues on the unclipping (touch wood). A chap on todays club run toppled over. He said he puts that momentum/effort into unclipping he actually threw himself over the opposite way. Said he'd done it a few times.
