Have to excuse my ignorance here. Looking at the specs for various bikes I see mention of "fender mounts" What are they?

skwerl said:No. It's a misconception. Fenders are what we call a wing which originally was just a mudguard-shaped thing that was mounted directly over the wheel. Over time they morphed into body panels
