i think that the seller could and should give feedback within a couple of days, ie when the payment comes through
the buyer on the other hand can't be expected to give feedback until the goods arrives, a week or so later.
it would be best, IMHO, if the system was set up so that the buyer can't enter any feedback until after the seller has done so.
