Anyone remember that thing a while back, about the most value for money nutrition (or something like that) being a toast sandwich? We tried it at work, and it was nice - the texture of the toast between bread was really different...

nomnomnom.......tomrrow morning, me and small boy are planning an expedition, so a good solid brekkie sarnie is called for. Bacon, black pudding, and fried egg with tomato ketchup sarnie has been ordered by small boy. I'm torn....brown sauce suits bacon best, but tomato ketchup goes really well with black pudding.......hmmmmmmmm:unsure:

Bacon, egg and tomato on toast, with loads of fruity sauce

That's what I'm having delivered from the cafe for brekky :wahhey:

Other favorites are bbq pork steak, fish fingers and ketchup, left over stew/casserole, corned dog salad.

Good strong cheddar cheese and branston pickle sandwich with a mug of Heinz tomato soup to dunk the sandwich in. Oooooh, I've come over all unnecessary.

For a cold morning - fried egg and black pudding with a splash of brown sauce:hungry:

Almost any sandwich from Kenny and Ziggy's,a deli near the office.

I only go there about twice a year as their sandwiches are freaking huge...

I think this is their ONE IN A MINYON (Triple decker, corned beef, turkey & Swiss w/Russian dressing & cole slaw).
