My all time favourite "not the Nine O'clock news" sketch is the tea break during trade union meeting...... The punchline ran along the lines of "So that's seven votes for tea, and 1.5 million votes for coffee"..................alas I cannot find a video clip.

I remember this one, always made me laugh (scuse the canned laughter, it drowns the effect a bit)

People having been boring other people for decades with Monty Python's Flying Circus sketches, but Not the Nine O'Clock News is classic too. I was disappointed no one liked my link to the Failed In Wales clip in P&L. However, my favourite sketch was this Pamela Stevenson classic.

Didnt Lewis Collins get to do the same thing in an episode of 'The Professionals' (Pamela Stevenson was a regular in it)

This one still makes me smile every time you fill up the car and you get to the exact round figure you want.....

... and for the youngsters - yes you could fill top a car for a fiver!

My favourite is one I can't find the clip for. But it's Rowan Atkinson walking down the street, he spots the camera looks and waves and walks straight into a lamp post.
