Going back to conversations I had with XmisterIS and Tdr1nka the other day on band connections thread, I was into the music of Eat Static and Ozric Tentacles. Their cover art was suitably trippy too.
I'll see if I can work out how to post it up, I may have to just do links though.

OK, I don't have it, it makes me laugh.

I like the cover of a little-known surf-punk album, Hang 11. My bro' was in one of the bands.

Eddie Hubbard (Blue Note)

And of course, Canonball Adderly and co. with Somethin Else (also on Blue Note) - the perfect typographic album cover

Ozric who? They're just whipper snappers : not even album but CD covers! You need a solid gatefold to skin up on!

I like the way 'live' is in inverted commas.

Music sounds much deeper and profound when one is under the influence of mind expanding chemicals! I recall enjoying OMD's Architecture and Morality whilst tripping out on mushrooms, high up in a South London tower block circa 1982. Bloody good album cover too, not gatefold though, but some fancy inner sleeve designs.

dellzegg may even approve. ;)
