For four days and lost 5 lb. Tim Ferriss book 'The Four Your Body' is an inspirational lesson in what's possible with a little bit of knowledge. I've used it before and had impressive results, I've also used atkins, which still courts controversy for some reason, weight.just dropped off me. Drastically reducing your carbohydrate is definately the key. Boxers and bodybuildrs have known this for years, the world is only just starting to catch up. Obviosusly if you have underlying health issues, then check with a doctor.
