I'm going to throw the non-suspension Cannondale Quick into the mix. It's certainly quick if you get the model 1 or 2.
Handlebar width/shape is a bit of a tricky one to discuss as we don't know what your shoulder width is or what exactly the problem is with them at the moment. I for one had a lot of shoulder pain in my non-previously-fractured shoulder (ie the other side) when I switched from flat bar to drops. That was 18 months ago and it took a loooong time to adapt. The Quick CX (suspension models) will have quite a wide handlebar which if your shoulders aren't that wide might actually exacerbate some shoulder issues rather than attenuate them.
Some of us find a smaller bike helps with anatomical pains, others of us prefer a larger bike. Some it works better on drops, others a flat bar. Some suspension. Others not. Etc. For me using your baseline post, I would be minded to put a fixed fork on the current bike, narrower handlebar and a tire like a this

BUT:
I think the most important message for you to take away is that we are all anatomically quite unique and the solutions that worked for one member on here could well bugger up someone else. So don't take anyone's advice as gospel and get proper medical advice / physio from someone who practises same. BB
