Somebody needs to mention it (so it might as well be me).... whooohooo :hyper:
I'm doing much better than expected, I have been basically since the start on top

The combo Konig, Roche, Moreno being the ones I should thank a lot for that ^_^

(I know still a long way to go, but I am basking in it as long as I can  )

You are well positioned for the rest of it with those three too!

I have just bounced off the bottom on the back of the Czech rider back to back double. Now I need Kreuziger to try to repair his bad day yesterday in similar fashion to last year's Giro. Not likely to happen at Valdepenas though!

Yeah, euhmmm.... you might want to skip looking for Kreuzinger in today's results :B)

Just had a look at my team for the first time since the start of the race... hmmm.

Didn't even win stage 7, despite having both Stybar and Gilbert in the side. Pretty ordinary performance apart from that.

Don't think I'll be repeating my TdF win.

I was on a roll... but if all the climbing stages go somewhat according to yesterday, I guess the teams with Nibali and Horner should come to the top
Interesting to see that not a lot of people are putting their faith in Nibali.
I get the feeling we were wrong ^_^

Still clenching onto the lead, now if only ...
  1. Horner would start feeling his age
  2. Nibali keeps attracting bees
  3. Pozzovivo starts climbing like he used to timetrial
  4. Rodriguez finds the legs back from the 3rd week TdF
  5. Sanchez starts proving to Alonso it makes sense to continue the Euskaltel team
I am golden for the rest of the Vuelta

Finally!! Clarke shows that he is still alive and gets into an escape
(Don't think an escape can survive today, since I would expect Katusha and/or Movistar to be interested in the Bonustime at the finishline, but still...he shows some effort)

Had my best fantasy race of the year but have to say it was easy to pick high scorers, with so many of the GC's top 10 valued at under 20 (Moreno just above 20) and the fact the same semi-sprinters like Boasson Hagen, Farrar, Matthews, Richese and Meersman appearing at all the flat finishes.
