Faking covid tests

These were mine, took a couple of minutes tops for the line to come out. Both done within 10 minutes of each other (then backed up by PCR at a testing centre).

I have a genuine question. Is it possible to catch Covid then be ok after 5 days then in 7 days after that catch it again with stronger lines?
