Probably just need more sleep. I'm in my mid twenties and still need at least 8 hours to feel remotely alive the next day. Which is something of a problem given how hard I find it to get off to sleep and I have to be up at 7 on my non work days to look after my kid.

Sleep!!! whats that? asked the man who has two kids and is only just beggining to come back to planet ''being able to stay in bed until between 8:30 and 9:00'' assuming mum doesn't get up to them and then leave them to jump all over daddy.
anyway op go see the doctor asap forget this online diagnosis thing and start going to bed earlier...ha.... happy days
got up at 5 am so i could actually eat brekkie + watch a film in peace and quiet before rest of the house stirred and mrs ck regards the weekends as a lie in and i have to wake her up sometimes so i can get out for a club run, i do not leave the house till nearly 9 !
On day shift i cycle into the gates at 6. 30 am and it can be 6 pm before i make the return trip

Colleagues at work today said that I still looked very tired. It was dead at work so I didnt strain myself out too much. Got a week to recover now though.
