From left to right and top to bottom.
  1. fit/remove old inner tube.
  2. use a tube that fits your tyre
  3. make sure the tyre is seated properly on the rim before pumping
  4. pump a little and check that the tyre is still properly mounted on the rim.

Top two are showing how to put the tube in the rim.

The bottom two are not to trap the tube in the tyre, then pump up only to 15 psi before visually checking round both sides of the tyre that the tube isn't pinched between the tyre wall and rim

Not entirely true... It obviously suggests using a Robot for this task

Well, it's fairly obvious:

The first one shows that you should always throw your boomerang from the southwest - this one seems to be a bit of an interloper in the context of the next three pictures. It probably arose from a mistranslation, given that the word for boomerang and magnifying glass is only one character out in Chinese.
The second shows the correct size of bike clip to wrap round your magnifying glass.
The third shows the danger of bike clip misalignment should it be incorrectly fitted round the magnifying glass.
The fourth shows a robot spot welding the now correctly aligned bike clip into position.

The end result - an attractive cycling-related gift for a visually impaired friend.
