Queens Parks are useles really, always full of kids swinging off them. As for Springfield Park, its years since i've been up there. Might take the kids up this weekend if its warmish.Most of the parks in our borough have exercise equipment, I'm fairly sure queens park does, Springfield does.
If you have Sky they have fitness programs on all the time....for body weight exercise have a look at RossTraining.
Cheers, I will google them videos later.Springfield isnt too bad, the area is away from the park by 100M so the scrotes dont invade it as much as Queens.
Rosstraining is a basically a boxer who's website has loads of info/articles for bodyweight training and things you can do(start off with as opposed to the showoffs(Hannibal, although impressive!)) with little or no equipment.
