I've heard kettlebell training is meant to be very effective. Lots of DVD's out there to help you start up!

Love doing kettlebells, can be as hard or as easy as you want. Jillian Michaels from BL is my fav dvd, shred it with weights. :training:

Moving paving slabs from one side of garden to the other is also quite effective.

You'll need Tommy Walsh's video.

From what I've seen of it Insanity is good along with P90x. Both expensive and they like to plug their own energy products (which they're entitled to do) but seem to work. Everything has a value though and if they work then that raises the relative worth. They're calisthenics based. Get a chin up bar or go to the park and have a go :training:. There's loads of great free workout ideas on youtube including videos showing you how to build up to certain exercises. My wife was curious as to why I was watching a lot of videos of men with their shirts off exercising  .

Just pop down to your Local Park/Play area and do what the awesome 'Hannibal King' Does

Now you're talking. We love Hannibal!

I'll add bar brothers

Team Red Training

Barstarzz

and Mr Boost for his excellent work

That's far too many links of big men with their shirts off! I still can't do a "muscle up"

Most of the parks in our borough have exercise equipment, I'm fairly sure queens park does, Springfield does.
If you have Sky they have fitness programs on all the time....for body weight exercise have a look at RossTraining.

Queens Parks are useles really, always full of kids swinging off them. As for Springfield Park, its years since i've been up there. Might take the kids up this weekend if its warmish.
I will google Ross Training, Not sure who or what it is. Cheers mate,

Springfield isnt too bad, the area is away from the park by 100M so the scrotes dont invade it as much as Queens.
Rosstraining is a basically a boxer who's website has loads of info/articles for bodyweight training and things you can do(start off with as opposed to the showoffs(Hannibal, although impressive!)) with little or no equipment.
