Exercise/Fitness DVD's?

Do any other cyclists use exercise/fitness DVD's??
If so, Do you recommend any?
I believe there is one called ''Insanity'', Which is very pricey! But results are meant to be mega!!

lol, I'm losing the battle with the (belly) bulge....So I need to partake in these silly exercises! haha. Even if i do look and feel daft!

The only exercise video I possess is from the late eighties and is 'The Royal Army Physical Training Corps' by the BBC.

My OH is about to start insanity she keeps asking if i want to do it too but worried it will leave me so tired ill have no energy for cycling and i already struggle with that
