Do any other cyclists use exercise/fitness DVD's??
If so, Do you recommend any?
I believe there is one called ''Insanity'', Which is very pricey! But results are meant to be mega!!

From what I've heard Insanity requires purchase of a bucket too.

I've heard kettlebell training is meant to be very effective. Lots of DVD's out there to help you start up! :thumbsup:

i got a fitness dvd for christmas, ive watched it six times and ive not lost an ounce yet :wacko:
hahaha, I was like that, then decided to close the curtains, kick everyone out of the house and bit the bullit!!....lol

The only exercise video I possess is from the late eighties and is 'The Royal Army Physical Training Corps' by the BBC.

I wonder what Sgt Major Pattison is doing now?

My OH is about to start insanity she keeps asking if i want to do it too but worried it will leave me so tired ill have no energy for cycling and i already struggle with that :laugh:
