Excited moped driver

Hehehe, I had an excited WVM yesterday tell me I was speeding, he was amazed and chuffed. This on the dual carriageway A21 from Bromley. I think about 35mph or so. I just chuckled and didn't bother to correct him.

It's not that difficult to do 30 you know, especially when fit - even for a short distance..... just that motorists/mopeds don't expect it...
