I think the answer is not to engage with people like that. You know anyone whose Twitter name is RapeLayOfficial is not going to have anything interesting or worthwhile to say. Why not just leave people like that sat in their underpants in their mother's basement? You wouldn't interact with that guy in the pub, why do it online? Not that he'd do it online. The lack of presence has made him brave. He'd get punched if he rolled out that nonsense IRL.
