Other than linking to their web site on this forum I cant recall having ever dealt with them for me there has always been other lbs's closer; so I cant say whether they are good or bad. Their website seems ok though but as with a few other sites its seems like they list too many items discontinued or out of stock, no idea what their turn around/ customer service is like though.

Here in Crawley we are lucky as we have two Evans stores, one in the town and one at their main warehouse in the Business area, so between them you can get most bits and bobs you need.
I have found the service in Both outlets to be good with staff seem keen and knowledgeable.

But don't you find the Argos model of shopping in the Gatwick one the most soul destroying experience?

Click mouse on instore computer.
Persuade search engine to look for something you might actually want.
Scrawl part number on scrap of paper.
Hand scrap of paper to bod behind counter.
Wait.
Peruse bikes.
Wait.
Peruse accessories
Wait
Peruse clothing
Wrong item appears
etc etc

Although the tattooed and ear ringed not-as-young-the-others bloke seems to be on the ball.
