Impressive time on the hill then kudos for that . I'm already thinking about next year weather helped I suppose at this time of year it could be grimGreat weather, beautiful scenery and well organised. I might well be back! I wasn't going for an overall time and mainly pootled round with a mate and enjoyed the views. I did however have a dig at the KOM and positioned 110th and happy with that. I thought the hill was quite a toughy. As an excuse I was a wee bit tired having cycled there from Glasgow over the previous two daysif I had been fresh who knows!

Aye, what a difference a day makes, yesterday was pouring rain and 20mph winds from the South which would have made the first leg brutal. The lochs also will channel the wind - right into you. But that's the UK for you really, you are taking a chance even in mid-summer!
