Much the same happen to me yesterday, had to nip to the shop just be fore I set off and leaving the shop got some wolf whistles, though I think it was more in jest.

I am very new in cycling in the UK. I came here 11 yrs ago but never rode a bike.
I am semi-pro with high qualification but I havent touched a bicycle 25 yrs.
I started to ride in Richmond Park a month ago and it helps me a lot in life.
When I was in the business we always rode in teams with a coach shouting up the ar$e through megaphone and it wasnt much time to check out girls. also training always took place on inter-city roads. so the only girls you could see were cows.
In the park however I was shoked by the fact that bunch of female cyclist are smiling every time we pass each other in opposite directions on the laps..
Well... it probably sounds very stupid. but considering i am 45 and i havent been doing any exercise for 25 yrs (I am not fat though, only 10kg over my racing ideal weight) and am averagely looking bloke.. and some of the girls are young and good looking...
whats going on? I am not on reality show am I?!

I love checking out the bike porn in Richmond/Regents park. Usually the order goes bike, thighs/arse, calves, face . . . . . maybe you have a pretty bike?
Not sure I would choose the same order...a couple of my pics from the Olympics roadrace...now I could just claim that I have a slow camera
