Endura Gloves

Is it me or do these come up small ?
I have some long waterproofs size Large which are tight and just had some summer gloves in Large which also come up really tight.

I don't have big hands at all.

Its just you ;-) I have 3 pairs (water proof, wind proof and summer gloves) all in medium and they fit well, like a glove.

Some of their glove sizing can be a bit odd - I had a pair of 'Strikes' which had ridiculously short thumbs. They were also totally un-waterproof, despite claims to the opposite, and started to fall apart during my first ride. Returned for a refund. I have some Full Monty's which are excellent. Had some Dexter's which were no more than average and a touch on the small side. Mitts - great. I have loads of Endura clothing, and find it sized for normal people, not Italian racing whippets, and the quality is usually very good.

I don't consider myself to have big hands either but tend to find Large is the size in most brands.

I've found several large size gloves to be tight (a bit gimp as my Scottish wife would say) for me too and I don't have big hands. All made in China of course, so I wonder if the factories are given any input about Western hand sizes. Just wasted £31 on a pair of SealSkinz so-called "Winter Cycle Gloves" and within a mile of leaving home my fingers were cold and clammy. The temperature was about 7C so not particularly cold either. I wonder if the manufacturers test gloves before giving them fancy titles. It's a pity you can't get gloves with temperature ratings like sleeping bags!

+1 re the thumbs. I got a pair for xmas but the thumbs were far too short. Tried on some bigger pairs in the shop but even the XL-sized pair were too short, whereas the other fingers were too long. Going to find another brand. Bit of a shame as the other Endura stuff I have is great.
