i am a new owner of the above device and have a cadence sensor and hart rate monitor with it , will it display h/r and cadence values ? or just store them? that a technophobe whos about to hide in the shed

It might be default with the 800 (I think it has three standard information screen) the 305 only has two and you have to customise these to show hr or cadence etc. I hardly ever use a hr or cadence sensor so changed it to be the %gradient. With the 305 you go to Settings and then Data Fields and alter the 2 Bike computers, I'm pretty sure it'll be easier on the 800.

If you ask it to, it will do.
you have to set your screen preferences in settings. After a crank turn or two it will ping up Cadence sensor found
