Ebay fake fulcrum wheels?

I believe "Wheelies" is in fact the ebay name used by "Tredz" in my experience of buying 2 new bikes and countless bits and pieces from Tredz I have found them completely honest traders so I doubt very much they would be dealing in fake components.

I believe Wheelies and Tredz are indeed part of the same business, but they are two separate entities. Wheelies do a lot in the C2W and insurance replacement market.

If you dig a bit deeper you will find their c2w scheme is known as cycle solutions and its a pile of crap. Very poor service and very poorly run. We used them for our first c2w glad we got ride sharpish.

Good luck , I bid on a Fulcrum 5 rim and it sold for £46 (2nd hand), the seller had a pic of the full wheel and I think bidders may of thought it was wheel, not just a rim .

You were right, very strange wording, I just saw the response to my question : hi im selling just the rim no freehub or tyre rim is in great condition I don't know much about bikes or wheels but was removed due to front rim been damaged so just bought a pair to replace it had a campag 11 speed cassett on the rim thanks

The add and the response make no sense to me, he is selling the rear rim, but the wheel was removed due to front rim being damaged ? So where are the spokes and the hub ?
Glad I missed it, because whatever rim/wheel is supplied just needing a new hub would have made this expensive.

I only need a rim as I have a FR5 back wheel with a cracked rim but I could not deal with guy , like you said it does not make any sense what he is saying unless you can get 11 speed rims

I had not even see the 11 speed reference, it gets better all the time !
In case you find a rim,. are you planning to change over the hub and spokes yourself ?

Yes was planning to but whether I succeed is another matter.

Was just on that guys Ebay page and he has a BMW M3 car door for sale , well he has a pic of one anyway but you should read the description lol
