Yes, apologies , not a PG frame on this Corsair: misread the decal for the middle item of these three.

The sticker on that Falcon is apparently 501 according to the description, biggs. If I had any room, I'd be sorely tempted at 30 quid since it's barely 10mins drive away but probably for the best that I don't  ...

Shame that HH was so far away. 'Bargain' is an understatement!

Yes I saw that on the description but I think it will be 531 at that age but who knows.

Yes the HH is a bargain but also small

Elswick Hopper Lincoln Imp in original paint, mudguards, and 531 decal indicating a plain gauge frame. Currently £39.95: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176651858363

I had a cromo plain gauge frame with the classic springy characteristic associated with good steel framesets - in light of PG seemingly being inferior to butted tubing. I reckon a lot of quality PG frames would be the same. That's another thread & story.

As far I know & was taught, 531 was offered in plain gauge & the timeline of Reynolds decals would support that idea.

As a final p.s. about the Corsair & PG: next time, I'll be more careful reading the decals - my bad.
