@wafter - that's a nice lo-pro but waaay too big for me.

"Interesting" Raleigh SBDU TT(?) bike for those with vintage aero aspirations and the flexibility of an elastic band:

Bang some panniers on that and it'd be great for popping down the shops
@wafter - as the original bike, possibly. But with the groupset it seems decent value imo, even with the poorly positioned front shifter.
This Raleigh Scirocco looks different to me compared to other Sciroccos I have seen

I think it's the seat cluster that makes it look different
The red version is apparently 1984, the 1986 (and presumably last) example was red and white and appears to have the same frame geometry as the red one around the seatpost clamp. I don't have a catalogue for 1985 so can only assume that's what the blue model is. Looks like a nice bike
Edit: The "Raleigh" typeface on the blue one looks suspiciously like earlier models; I wonder if the bike's been re-painted / never was a Scirocco..?
Nothing worth having, but the BIN price made me chuckle. Think even the starting price is somewhat optimistic..

Auction apparently ended with no bids at the £125 start, now re-listed with the same "optimistic" pricing..Perhaps my dislike of the groupset's brand and format has blinkered me to its value.. however the bike is neither fish now fowl and to me would be worth more in its original state...
I guess we'll have to wait until the end to see how it pans out!
