I don't think they realize what it is otherwise it wouldn't have an £8.90 starting bid. It's a proper Carlton with wraparound seat stays, not some badge-engineered gas-piper.The seller isn't making too much of an effort to sell it.

Looks a bit like a Super Pro but it has a 531 sticker, Super Pro was made from cro-mo IIRC,
