25 entered and 19 turned up including the youngest ever rider of one of my events. Wonder if he'll get round. Weather is currently sunny/cloudy with gusty wind which is, I think, against them at the moment. Chuffy's riding, as are a good contingent of Chard Wheelers.

It might get a bit damp later on Sunday, but nothing to deter a hardened randonneur such as Baggy.
Some bits of me are actually very squashy.

Sounds like a fairly good turnout - hopefully Chuffy is coping admirably with all of those lovely hills.

All but two finished yesterday. Our thirteen year old on his first audax event just cruised round and hardly looked tired at the end.

Different weather today, with intervals of light to not-so-light rain. However, it's a shorter ride, an easier ride, and it finishes in a pub.

Great ride yesterday - very hard yet enjoyable, but perhaps should have picked something easier as my first 200! Thanks to Ian & team for making it happen. Definitely be back next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed the 100 miler yesterday and 75% of my companions did too, with Chuffy being the 25% that enjoyed it slightly less, after having ridden the VoR the day before. Chapeau to him, and to my friend who scored her first imperial century and still looked fresh enough at the pub to attract her own fan-club ^_^

The weather really wasn't that bad, those who finished earlier probably missed the worst of the showers. We went for the "full value" audax day out by starting slightly late, faffing slightly at Glastonbury and having a miserably timed punct*re on a nice long downhill.

Thanks to Ian and supporters for a great weekend of cycling.
