It's a sharp little tester, but not really long or hard enough to count as challenging.

Snowdon's* a bit more of a challenge.

*No, not the one in Wales. Peteaud will know it.

It's a tester up or down on fixed-wheel. I used to live in Chard, member of 1st Chard Wheelers for several years.

Am looking forward to the 100 miler on Sunday, but it looks as if the VoTR might have the pick of the weather...

And when you say "pick" of the weather...

I'm supposed to be racing tonight. Whether or not I actually bother is another matter, but I figure that it could be interesting!

Fortunately, my events aren't until the weekend, by which time the current interesting weather should have abated. It might get a bit damp later on Sunday, but nothing to deter a hardened randonneur such as Baggy.

I'll be there on Saturday, come hell or high water (looks like the high water might arrive first at this rate). Last weekend's Dartmoor Dash was pretty grim coming over Dartmoor on the Tavi - Princetown - Moreton loop (lashing rain & windy ++). Surely it won't be like that on Saturday....will it..

I think Saturday will be dry but very windy, Sunday will be less windy, with chance of showers. Regardless I'll be there on Sunday. I suppose there is a small chance the levels could be flooded.

Another three online entries today. I think people have been watching the weather before deciding. The Valley of the Rocks and Woody Bay are best when the visibility's good and you can see across the Bristol Channel to Wales. I've ridden there when I couldn't even see the few 100 ft down to the sea.
