Please don`t bite my head off and say why did you buy them in the first place , already had that from the wife..
BUT my brand new Fisik R3`s are very very red even though bought at a great price from we all no were, they do make me look a Dorothy and i am a little or a lot bothered by their look....SO can anybody tell me whether they can be dyed to black without ruining them...CHEERS in advance ..

They would look crap. The dye would not hold properly, there will be missed bits.
Don't worry what anyone else think, other cyclists certainly don't care. Just wear them.

Get some black oversocks (Prendas have a choice of meraklon or lycra for less than a tenner).

I was tempted by the deal at P-X, but the white ones weren't such a bargain and as you've found out, red cycling shoes are wrong. There's a good reason why the red ones were much cheaper....

Red shoes are designed to go with bib shorts.

Red shoes = No knickers

I bought some too oddly enough.

Keep them red

Black might be the sensible option in terms of dirt but having a pair of sparkly disco slippers makes you feel more pro and there is a psychological gain to be made from that
