It's ridiculous. I'm not a fan of these diets. Humans are omnivores for a reason. It's tough to catch large prey and to get a steady source of protein, hence why we adapted to eat nuts, berries, fruits etc. as well as meat.

Any diet where you have to supplement your food with vitamins, is clearly not a diet that is suitable for a human.

Anyway.

You can just about do fruitarianism healthily, but it's bloody hard work. Jobs dabbled with a lot of alternative diets, but it was cancer that killed him.

I know a couple of raw fruitarians, they are not healthy at all. And miserable most of the time to boot!
