Take a look at the T6 thread in this section for an idea of what people have got. Remember, running these lights in traffic needs consideration of others. Either get a diffuser lense and /or run it with the lamp pointed towards the floor until needed to light an unlit road.
I mount two batteries underneath my stem on the MTB. You could always put batteries in an old water bottle, and run an extension cable to the front lamp ( and rear if you buy one). This is a neat solution too.
These are really off road lights. I only use these on my MTB for icy commutes with a mix of road and off road. Off road these lights are incredible.
