Drink before bed?

Can't sleep without a cuppa. It might be only habit or some sort of OCD comfort factor but it works for me.

I take a water bottle free from one of the sportives for me and the wife to sup. As also mentioned I try and have a glass if ive been on the ale as it does aid the hangover process.

I have to...my mouth always gets dry during the night....has been going on years...Always wake up after two hours because throat is dry.

This thread reminded me of the clip in the Flying Scotsman O'Bree goes to bed with a glass of water citing that its natures alarm clock or something like that
