Dream Bike

Unlucky m8, my 928 has been great touch wood has been a dream. I think my dream bike would be a much higher spec Bianchi given my experience but Pinarello's and Cervelo's look smart too.

Both have cracked at the junction of the seat tube and the top tube. On each it started with a tiny hairline crack which developed over time. I must admit to being impressed by both the attitude of the shop and Bianchi - replacement received without any quibble. I just had to wait for about 4 weeks for the frame to be sent to Italy and the new one to arrive. I do love my bike - extremely comfortable and lovely looks.

We have family from Canadian visiting in Jun, I might ask them to price a Cervelo frame. I know they are much cheaper in Canada. But realistically, a top end frame would be completely wasted on me. Super-bike with average legs.

Only one option for me - something built by this guy - but there is a 5-year waiting list, even if you've got the dosh...

I'd be quite happy with the bike I have now only it should be around 7kg instead of 11!

I'm with Smoking Joe on the choice of a C50, but mine would be better than his because it would be fitted with Dura Ace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
