These look like a good alternative and you can get what they call spoilers (mudflaps) for the ends from the same supplier.

Excuse my lack of knowledge but does the advertised spoiler (mudflap) on the same site fit front and rear mudguards just the same? (There is one advertised for 65mm guards)

Yes the same flap will fit both guards, 65mm guards and 2 x 65mm flaps will be OK if you decide on these.

The downside is shipping will cost you 5.95 euro.

As long as you have plenty of clearance between tyre and frame I think they will be fine.

It's tight but both mudguards are on with no rubbage.
Well pleased and especially pleased with the £2.50 no brainer mudflaps.
