Morning. Been up since about 1am. Went to bed in agony at 8pm. Even my pain meds aren't helping much at the minute, despite being knackered. Luckily I am at the hospital for a scan tomorrow, and thank goodness I am not in work until Tuesday, as I don't think I will function. Not slept properly for weeks.

Will have to see what the consultant says, but I only have three working days this week before I am off over Christmas.

My work takes me to China on a fairly regular basis. As I get older, jet lag gets harder to deal with.
Arrived on Friday, went to bed at 11pm, woke up at 3am...that was it. On Saturday went to bed at 11.30pm, woke up at 3.30. Then fell asleep again at 7am and woke up at 9am feeling crap. Last night went to sleep at 10.30 but woke up at 3.30. Fell asleep again at 7am and woke up 9am feeling a bit less crap than on Sunday.
Fingers crossed for tonight. Trouble is I'll be back in UK by Friday so the unravelling of the 8 hour time difference starts all over again then

Noticed you were up on here later than usual, put that down to no moderators on, unless hiding, over the last few days.
Look on the bright side you got to sleep, which is more than I managed.
