if i could run without my knees giving up on me i'd run instead of riding the bike.

I did tonight, only fifteen mins, me not being a skinny runner, but COULD NOT do it like cycling.

As it was raining.

If there was no stress involved in having to plan around the weather, then it would be the perfect pastime for fitness, fun and thinking time.

I went running tonight as well for 15 minutes!!!! Because all my cycling stuff was soaked.

I used to be able to run for 2 hours 3 nights a week before I started cycling.

I've voted "erm..." Because I own some bikes and I used to ride them a lot, but I never seem to be able to find the time to ride them any more. I presume I'd still enjoy it, if I ever took the bikes out of the lounge.
