Drier weather road bike, Winter road bike, classic rebuilt road bike.

Full squidge trail MTB, classic Alpinestars rigid MTB, Pace 650B rigid, and the barsteward son of a Cleland type copy thing, which is under constant development/swearing/angle grinding.

7 different bikes for 7 distinct and different uses. I'd have even more, but no where to put them.

I've got 3 Road bikes

Boardman MX Comp.

I like the range of Kit / groupsets, across all bikes, from Acera 8 speed, through to Ultegra 11 speed, with a SRAM 10 speed set, on the MX.

Nope
I have a (lovely to me) Felt road bike, Sora gears so not high spec  but perfect fit and comfy :bicycle:
Had my beady eye on a beautiful Liv road bike for my recent 50th  birthday.
But Mr M asked why I wanted another road bike and why didn't I try something different?
I listened and got my lovely, magic fun to ride Pashley .
He thinks I'm finished but next on the list is a fat bike

I have two road bikes. My favourite is a Cinelli with 50/34 chainrings which I use for 95% of the time, commuting, longer rides etc. The older bike is a Spesh Secteur which has 50/39/28 chainrings. I like it less but I keep it for rides where I know there are going to be steep hills. I'm entirely useless on hills, and even with that great-granny gearing, the engine often fails.

I may have some duplicates...

1 x carbon bike with mudguards & 1 x titanium bike with mudguards (both with SKS Race Blade longs)
1 x carbon bike no mudguards & 1 x titanium bike no mudguards
1 x mixed use bike with disc brakes & 1 x mixed use bike with rim brakes

But only...
1 x MTB/hybrid
1 x single speed

2 alloy bikes and one carbon. Both alloys have mudguards so are mainly used when it's wet, the carbon is new so it's mollycoddled at the moment. I do't take it out in the rain but if it rains when i'm out so be it. One of my alloy bikes has a saddle bag fitted so it's used for the odd CTC ride and for carrying shopping. The other has 28mm tyres so it's better on wet leaved roads etc.
