I voted After a puncture as there was not a choice of Regularly.

I check them regularly and find it relaxing to go round them carefully and pick all the bits of flint out of the tread once a week.

I check tyres more when they are older as they seem more susceptible to picking up glass and debris when worn.

Monthly?
Annually?
Analy?
After maintenance?
Only after a wet ride?
When it's dirty?
Never?
Etc....
In the winter I apply the rear wheel puncture test . As in would I want to have too get the rear wheel out with the bike in that state.

What does "regularly" mean to you (I.e. What interval)?

Monthly or annually are both "regularly", but obviously neither fit your pattern, or you would have used the relevant one.

When I pump up the tyres, I might check part of the tyre as I spin it round to bring the valve higher. Only do a detailed check if I suspect further damage. Riding mostly slicks, debris does not stick in the tyres compared to treaded tyres. Just look out for excessive cuts.

When you start to get punctures it's probably time to renew. Never wash bike after a run , will only do it when something needs fixed. Been away for 7weeks and the chain is bogging, Another strange ritual, some tourists do is cover bike up in plastic at night, Our brooks saddles and bike are just fine witout shelter from the rain.

Regularly is every couple of days in Autumn winter and Spring and weekly during the summer.

I said when I get a puncture but I get them very rarely and I don’t actually recall one where the cause wasn’t obvious eg a blimmin great nail or lump of metal or glass!
Mostly tube changes are necessitated by a knackered valve!
