That looks good John and will do most of the fasteners on a bike. You'll need a bigger one too if you tackle some jobs - Campag Ultratorque cranks require 31 Ft lb for example.
I've got one for the car but I've never used one on my bikes. And they don't click and rattle, nothing works loose and I've never (well, not often) stripped a thread. If you're happier using a torque wrench though, go for it.
