Direction indicators

pfft, whats wrong with hand signals etc.

seems a wierd argument since initially cars only had hand signals or flip down things... Don't think they should replace hand signals, but would love to be able to have both hands on the handlebars whilst turning but still show my indicators...

Which would be all well and good if they worked, but they don't. There just isn't the width on a bike, so don't go comparing them with cars.
Anyway, why do you need your arm out while your turning? Look, indicate, hand back on the bars and manoeuvre. Simples!!
