The main supplier in the UK and the source for mine was On-one, however they are also available form
On-One used to sell them, but now only seem to list spares

On-One are now part of/linked with Planet X and they sell Dinotte lights, so you can blind people to your heart's content (though they appear to be out of stock at present )

CRC also sell them however they are out of stock too though I have a funny feeling that they actually get them from On-One/Planet X because there is other Planet X branded goods available through CRC.

The only times when you can use your amber flashing light are when you are:

• wanting to let people know you are there

Might be technically dodgy legal ground, and if you're involved in an accident the other party's lawyers will probably try to imply some blame due to illegal lights. However, if it gets you noticed and/or make cars give you more room, it might be worth the risk.
