yes i will prepare my food and water better next time, ive dont lots of walking before but this was a lot different, the water intake suprised me the most. i havnt quenched my thirst since getting home, i think its due to not taking enough water on board during the ride, trying to conserve what i had

i hve realy sore knee caps, anyone had this? new to me

Kneecaps, no, thighs and feet are aching tho.

I took a bagel but didn't eat it. I bought a pack of Snickers along the way but didn't eat anything for the first 3 hours, I definitely should have done tho. I was beat going along the A57 and that was theoretically the easiest bit!

Hi

i think the height is fine, my bottom got sore and i rode with right cheek then left on the seat, i think this may have something to do with it after a quick google. apperntly the movement must be true and staright or can cause twisting under the knee cap, suppose ill only know next time i go out

Saddle right shape/in the right position for your arse?

Regards food, apparently you should eat a small amount every half hour or so, not that I did that today

i dipped the seat down a little, think i prefer it flat so may change it back

not sure that made the difference though, more to do with twisting i think

Hmm not that I'm an expert but tipping the saddle might mean your butt got more contact than usual.

Mine's an nth too tipped at the mo, not uncomfortable really but it kicks me out of the saddle on the hard bumps.
