Don't worry, you will be just fine. Just absolutely, definitely, do not try doing any running to fill an imagined void in your activity. It will introduce a world of pain and aches that you do not need but offer no benefit in your situation!!!
Generally even taking a month long break is not going to have much impact as you are already in peak condition. But you taking on a peak event and the conditioning must remain. If I am reading your post right.
Is there a gym where you are staying or moving around or a hotel gym that you can ride a stationary bike just to keep things flowing. Walking won't help as you will need to keep the intensity and resistance up.
Or accept the fact that you will not finish the event with the desired result and enjoy the 12 day break.
