Getting old but not past it

Well, took my derailed derailleur Giant to my LBS yesterday and got it back this morning. The lady there reset the front rings and derailleur all for £8! She advised me not to touch the screws again . All is well now and can't wait to try it out when the wind dies down . I swear I won't touch those parts of the bike again as it is so cheap to have it done by a professional.
