Derailleur Hangers

Hi All,
I'm completely new in bike repair, I'm trying to repair my bike but I have problem with finding a new Derailleur Hangers. Please help me.

A word of warning. I picked up exactly this model of Saracen (from the excellent local recycling centre (AKA the tip)), the frame and wheels looked good and thought I'd be able to get it back on the road quite easily. The hanger - exactly as yours (in image) - had been bent and it was too far gone/too weak to straighten. Exmouth Cycles had two which were a match (probably still have them), one machined, one lesser quality (for £20 btw). But when I fitted it and tried to get everything sorted the gears wouldn't index properly. Closer inspection revealed the whole frame had been bent/damaged (hence the tip perhaps). It was, I now realise, a @screenman moment - check hanger (and frame) alignment. So the hanger went back (swapped for 4 inners) and the bike stripped and frame returned whence it came.

So recommend you carefully check the frame is true and square etc before spending good money on a hanger.
