I'm 5ft 10, my bike has an 18 inch frame and 26 inch wheels, my inside leg measurement is 70cm if that helps any.
Decided to start cycling

The bike frame calculator says 18.5 inch frame required. Thus I think you would be better off with a 19 inch frame.
