When I worked in retail we used TNT and they would charge us £15 for any size package anywhere. It is just not reasonable to charge £100. As I siad appeal to someone highet up, email them if you like but phone is better and put your case. Good luck.

Their delivery is £15 from their warehouse which deals with all their online orders but they don't have my size in stock. £100 seems pretty ridiculous to me, unless they have to send it a particular way with a particular (very expensive) company?

Arrange the courier yourself , pay for bike and then get courier to collect

After having my white T5 stolen last week I ordered a black T5a from Lakeside and collected it today, they seemed to have a load of the various Tribans in stock.

The insurance company and loss adjuster seems to be on the ball and very helpful problem maybe is that I have bought the new bike but they will be giving me vouchers.

They should send you a cheque, I bought a new bike before settling and they just sent me the money
