Thanks. Yes there is great lug work and little details that you just don't see any more on bikes. I'll try to find some time to do a bit more work on it over the next couple of weeks. I've got the original assembly and spares booklet here for Cyclo Benelux derailleur gears, which is a nice touch.

Holy thread resurrection!
Just had a quick Google search and this is one of the first/only threads that showed up.
Amongst other BSO's in a collection I've just got hold of what I believe to be a Windrush.
The guy I bought it off can't really remember, he got it when he was 18.....he is into. His 70's at a guess.
The internal rear cable guide, frame number and hubs give a clue.
But it lacks the top tube gear mounts, lamp backet and pump pegs.
Bu there is evidence brazing marks where they should be.
Who knows what life its lead!
